I recently bought a copy of The Virgin Diet. There are so many things in there that really resonate with me. Years ago, I was diagnosed with IBS, but I wasn't given any dietary advice. So, every time I eat, it could flare up. I have suspected all along that I may have food sensitivities and intolerances. I have been hard-headed and I haven't wanted to do an elimination diet. I think it is about time I do one. My suspicion is that I am sensitive to wheat, peanuts, and dairy, possibly eggs, too. If you have been struggling with not feeling right and holding onto or even gaining weight despite your best efforts, you should look into this book, too. I'll let you know how it turns out.

Today is the start of my Kansas Dealz deal. I am nervous and excited about it. I hope there is a good response. There are only 5 slots available. I have an early morning training session with a client at her house today. It's gonna be great! She hasn't worked out with me for 3 weeks; so, I'll go easy on her. :) Taking a long break between sessions really isn't good because exercise capacity diminishes some during the break. The longer the break, the worse it gets. Plus, another client might come along and take your favorite timeslot and day that I cannot hold open in the hopes that you will workout then. So, I recommend plotting out a set schedule of when you want to train with me and get it locked in and commit to it so you don't miss out.

My oh my I have been busy. I think I have a whole lot going on, but there is only one of me. There is just so much I want and need to do! Unfortunately, I still feel like I haven't gotten anywhere at the end of the day everyday. Why is that?
I need to connect with the right people and audience. The last thing I wish to do is alienate friends and family, and yet, I feel like I have unintentionally. This deeply saddens me. I want to make others happy and help them. How are others getting so many clients and customers, but not me? I have been going to great expenses trying to promote myself having tables at events, but people still turn a blind eye to what I have to offer. It seems people do not want to be healthy. Why not? People say they need to exercise, but then they don't do it. People say they need to eat healthier, but then they don't. I can be the solution to helping people with their health and fitness needs, but they are not interested.
Yes, I am frustrated and disappointed in the lack of interest in what I have to offer. I even had to get a regular job to make putting Destiny in daycare worthwhile since most people want to train in the evening and/or sporadically. I wish to just do personal training. I turned down working at the big box gym in town because they wanted to trap me into an exclusive contract with them.
I wish I could train people for free simply because I love to help people. My degree and certification were not cheap or easy, and I have to make a living, though. I am thankful for my committed clients. I just wish even more people understood the value of having me train them. I would be happy to do training and/or nutritional counseling over Skype or other distance communications with people.

I'm sure you've heard the statement, "What the mind can conceive and believe, the body can achieve." Well, when you really think about it, that is a limiting statement. If you tell yourself, "I can't do that," you will certainly only be able to do what your mind tells you you are capable of. Try reaching beyond what you think you can do. Envision yourself doing something difficult and challenging. You will likely find that you can do it if you give yourself half a chance. People give up way too easily. Don't give up so quickly! Go for one more minute. Try a little heavier weight. How do you expect to reach your goals or improve if you just keep doing the same things the same way all of the time? Change is necessary. Give it a try, and you will see what I am talking about. Let me know how it goes for you! It is my job to get people to do what they would not otherwise make themselves do on their own. I push myself all the time. Stop your self-defeating thinking and behavior!
